The company we are recruiting for is an online travel wholesaler with offices around the globe and price winner in its industry. It is their mission to provide the most innovative booking experience in the travel industry and empower travel agents by providing them with a huge portfolio of hotels, apartments, activities, transfer services and ferry tickets. Internship

Have you always been passionate about travelling and working with numbers? Then this might be the dream-job you didn't even know you were looking for. During the internship you will gain experience within the travel industry and when you also have an interest in finance, you might be what they are looking for. You will assist in running a successful finance department all while contributing to the bottom-line.

Student profile

We are looking for someone that is preferably currently studying Finance, Economics or Accountancy. You are ambitious and hardworking, know how to show initiative and have a passion for finances and numbers.

Daily tasks

• Assisting with month-end financial report
• Posting journal entries
• Assisting finance operations with supplier, bank and credit card reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Data entry
• Enhancing policies and procedures including workflow
• Internal audit spot checks
• Fixed assets counts

Student is/has

• A passion for finance
• An interest in travelling
• Eye for detail
• Ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills
