The Risk & Compliance department of this company is all about ensuring great investments. As an intern at this department you will spend your days helping to prevent surprises after clients make an investment. In other words, you will be checking for skeletons in closets! Very important work and you will be contributing to it by offering your assistance in a wide variety of tasks.

Profile Student:

For this internship you will need basic administration skills. Being curious in nature and always wanting to get to the bottom of things are characteristics that suit an intern at the Risk and Compliance department.

Daily tasks:

• Assisting in determining clients that need to be included in the due diligence procedure
• Assisting in identifying the services that the company has provided them
• Assisting in identifying the required documents for each client
• Assisting in checking the clients’ files and identifying any incorrect, missing, or erroneous bits of information and recording the information accurately
• Ensuring correct filing of documents
• Assisting in collecting missing or corrected documentation from clients and filing it correctly
• Updating relevant documentation
