Mission/Vision of the company

This hotel is part of a smaller, yet great hotel chain in Copenhagen. The hotels of the chain have been taken up by Wallpaper in the shortlist of best urban hotels of 2017! Their goal is to create hotels that are different to others and their mission is to reinvent the hotel stay experience by providing service with great care and attention.

Internship

You will be working at the front desk! But not front desk like at any other hotel as you will also be helping in other tasks that are challenging. First things first, you will help guests at the front desk by welcoming them, doing their check ins and outs, and bidding them farewell when they leave again. All done with a friendly mood and smile. Other than that you will also be helping out as a bartender, serving guests and as a concierge that assures the safekeeping of the hotel. Overall this will be the perfect experience for the student eager to learn about the workings of a hotel!

Profile Student

The hotel is looking for students that are positive, curious and passionate about learning more in front desk work and hospitality services. You need to have a great personality that is visible to the hotel guests. After all, delivering service with a smile is the most important part. Are you also outgoing yet responsible in such a way that you will always be able to give the guests the best experience possible? Then the hotel is looking for you!
