Internship:
You will be a part of the Food & Beverage department of this hotel. This means you know a thing or two about several cooking equipments and the techniques on how to use them. You will be helping the head Chef preparing the dishes that needs to be served on time and that’s why good communication at all times is very important!
Profile Student:
You are a team player. With your hands on mentality you don’t wait and sit around for things to happen but you take matter into your own hands! You speak a basic level of Spanish and you are in possess of a Food Handler's Certificate. You work on a professional level and that means you can keep the kitchen clean and tidy.

Daily tasks:
- As cook you must be knowledgeable in different cooking equipment and techniques and have a willingness to learn
- As cook you need to be able to follow recipes
- You are familiar with the menu and you know how dishes need to be prepared
- You assist in all tasks involved in preparation, cooking and serving of the meals
You are:
- A team player
- Professional and friendly (even in tough situations)
- Having a Food Handler's Certificate
- Someone who works hygienic
