Internship
You will be working in Food & Beverage department of this 5-star resort with heaps of opportunities to grow and learn within the hotel. You will report to the F&B manager and will first and foremost, be providing engaging and efficient service for our guest. You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to taking care of the restaurant and bar layout, its menus and the price range. You will assist in motivating the F&B employees and keep an eye on HACCP regulations.
Profile
For this resort we are looking for an intern who breathes hospitality with a possible skill in Food & Beverage management and a passion to turn moments into memories. You have strong leadership potential and an unstoppable curiosity for the hospitality industry. You have just finished or are in the final stages of the Hotel School and are fluent in English both verbal and written. When you speak any specific languages such as Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Russian, German or Arabic this would be an advantage. And last but not least, you are able to fulfill the internship within 10 to 12 months.

Daily tasks
- Helping the restaurant during breakfast and dinner time
- Offer friendly, engaging and efficient service to the guests
- Assisting for the minibar report
- Implement effective assistance during the control of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses throughout the F&B division
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Assist in the preparation of the annual strategic plan and achieve the goals and targets therein.
Student is/has
- In the final stages of the Hotel School or graduated
- Passionate about hospitality
- Previous experience in F&B department
- Independent
- Strong leadership skills
- Is fluent in English both written and spoken
- Equipped with a stay permit as per Indonesian regulations
