Now, you get the chance to help organize these large events!

Internship:

During your internship, you will support the Managing Director in all aspects of daily activities. The office is located just outside of London, in Surrey. You should have a background in PR or marketing and – ideally – some knowledge of the events sector.

Language Skills:

English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Daily Tasks:

Event Management Activities:

  • Research the market for upcoming events.
  • Support the PR team in their PR and marketing projects.
  • Assist the event team in organizing their events.
  • Develop events for clients from start to finish.
  • Host and promote club nights (Friday or Saturday night).
  • Responsible for weekly email campaigns and updates.
  • Keep social media channels up to date.

Other Activities Include:

  • Daily tasks to support the Managing Director.
  • Organize internal and external meetings (schedule and attend appointments).
  • Set up and manage budgets.
  • Write proposals, create reports, and develop presentations.
  • Make and receive phone calls.
  • Administrative tasks.

You are:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proactive and enthusiastic.
  • Well-organized and professional.
  • Independent, able to work with deadlines.
  • Flexible and quick to learn, willing to work overtime to meet deadlines.
  • Social, capable of building and maintaining good relationships with clients and colleagues.
