Application fee
When you register with Abroad Internships and we start actively searching for the perfect internship for you, we ask for a deposit of €250. This deposit is paid through the second registration form.
The deposit is necessary to ensure that both parties are committed to the process and allows us to begin working on securing your placement. It covers the initial stages of our services, such as searching for opportunities, providing support, and preparing all the necessary documentation for your internship.

Why do we ask for an application fee?
The deposit is necessary because from that moment on, we invest a lot of time and effort into finding the perfect internship for you. This includes:
- Actively searching for and reaching out to potential host companies
- Assisting you throughout the application process
- Offering advice on visa requirements, housing, and other practical matters
The deposit serves as confirmation of your serious commitment to the process and ensures that we can dedicate our full attention and resources to making your internship a success.
What happens with the deposit?
The €250 deposit will be deducted from the total placement fee. However, if no internship opportunity is found with a host company, the deposit of €250 will be refunded to you. Please note that an administration fee of €95 will be retained to cover the time and work spent on the placement process.
