Internship

During your internship, you will be involved in ALL event and marketing activities. You will help organize business, non-profit, fundraising, and social events. With a team of professionals, you will express your passion for this industry.

Student Profile

You have an interest in the event industry and want to learn more about it. You are disciplined and capable of working with deadlines. Furthermore, you are great at managing your time, taking initiative, and excelling in communication.

Daily Tasks

• Collaborate with facilities and catering companies
• Set up events
• Work on social media for events before and during
• Involved in new digital marketing initiatives
• Support the promotion and publicity of events
• Assist with photography, managing photos
• Research event suppliers (catering, decor, artists)
• Assist with the registration process for various client events and participant correspondence
• Provide on-site support at various events (breakfast, lunch, dinner, networking events, cocktail parties, and golf days)
• Set up marketing and communication plans
• Be involved in Social Marketing 2.0 campaigns

You are/Have

• Creative
• Good English communication and writing skills
• Good with people, customer service-oriented
• Professional approach, even when interacting with clients or guests
• Previous marketing experience is a plus
