Daily Tasks
- Maintain contact and network with clients, colleagues, suppliers, artists, curators, and partner organizations
- Communicate with target audiences and maintain client relationships
- Purchase advertising opportunities and place ads in the press
- Manage and design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and labels for art exhibitions, the online art market, and the online magazine
- Write and manage contracts for art exhibitions
- Finalize the sale of artworks and gallery space
- Keep in touch with Maintenance to ensure gallery upkeep
- Evaluate marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research, such as through customer surveys
- Organize and attend exhibitions, art seminars, workshops, and events
- Organize the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Recruit and secure sponsors
- Contribute to and develop marketing plans and strategies
- Monitor competitor activities
