Internship

As a Recruitment Intern, you will be part of a small and dedicated team. You will be jointly responsible for the successful positioning of YGP in the market and the organization’s growth. You will manage job postings in our vacancy database, proactively approach multicultural young professionals, and match these talents with employers. Additionally, you’ll help organize events such as in-house days and attend career fairs. Of course, you’ll also keep yourself informed about developments among clients and in the market, so you can respond quickly and effectively.

You will work from Young Global People’s office in Amstelveen, where you’ll be part of a diverse, young, and enthusiastic team.

Daily Tasks

• Reaching out to potential candidates for placement
• Matching candidates with potential employers
• Maintaining contact with YGP clients
• Posting vacancies on the YGP website
• Organizing events such as in-house days
• Processing new registrations administratively
• Representing YGP at career fairs
• Actively using social media for recruitment purposes

You Are/Have

• A flexible attitude suited to a dynamic organization
• Entrepreneurial, commercial, social, creative, innovative, eager to learn, and accurate
• Experience/affinity with legal services and/or IT is a plus
• Preferably living in or near Amstelveen/Amsterdam
• Affinity with multicultural diversity
