Front Office Manager:
You will be responsible for check-in/check-out, room inspections, guest relations, handling basic complaints, organizing training for new employees, arranging resort tours, and managing special projects!
Food & Beverage Manager:
Another option is to manage the restaurant department! You will ensure food is served on time, maintain the quality of service, handle guest relations, resolve customer complaints, and ensure effective training for new employees!
Sales & Marketing:
