Internship:

You will ensure that the highest level of customer service is always achieved and maintained. You will be responsible for guest registration and keeping accurate guest accounts. Additionally, you will provide guests with current and helpful information. You will also handle daily phone calls in a friendly manner. Your constant goal is ultimate customer satisfaction. Moreover, you will enforce strict security procedures to protect the confidentiality of information and ensure guest safety.

Profile of the student:

As a front office professional, you are expected to look impeccable! With an energetic presence, you will warmly welcome guests. This hotel is looking for a sociable person who is fluent in English. You are flexible and able to quickly adapt to different situations.

Daily tasks:

  • Providing quality service to guests by responding quickly, efficiently, and courteously to their requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Managing guest and hotel accounts accurately.
  • Enforcing strict security procedures for credit and money transactions, accounting procedures, room key issues, and confidentiality of guest information.
  • Maintaining communication channels between hotel guests and all hotel departments, both verbally and in writing.
  • Managing all daily phone calls professionally. Greet callers according to hotel policy and transfer calls to relevant departments that respond quickly and efficiently to requests.
  • Maintaining an internal phone list for accurate transfer of phone calls.
  • Using every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales.
  • Ensuring that every interaction is handled in accordance with the hotel’s values and service standards.
