Internship:
If you may not be the most skilled with a spatula in one hand and a mixer in the other, but if you are handed a clipboard and given a chance, you will truly shine. With your excellent organizational talents, you will provide crucial administrative and organizational support across everything the Food & Beverage department handles. This includes sales, marketing and communication, event planning, banquets, conferences, and general administration. You will keep everything on track and offer support wherever necessary.

Daily Tasks:
- Assisting with creating and distributing the Food & Beverage department’s daily program
- Issuing general feedback reports via review websites and social media channels
- Organizing the various menus across the hotel’s restaurants
- Evaluating and preparing reports from guest satisfaction surveys
- Publishing the weekly Food & Beverage program
- Inputting minibar stock updates
- Preparing necessary documentation for the Banqueting Manager
- Overseeing the supply and inventory of Food & Beverage uniforms
- Assisting in recruitment activities for the Food & Beverage team
- Relaying relevant reservation details to the restaurants
- Coordinating in-house marketing efforts for Food & Beverage events
- Calculating monthly payroll reports including leave and sickness
- Managing weekly ordering of office supplies
- Recording and archiving important documentation
- Collecting competitive intelligence about other events and banquets
- Supporting the Food & Beverage team with additional tasks as needed
