Lead tourists as a tour operator in the beautiful Florence, Italy

Mission/Vision of the company:

"Italy is our home. Get to know Italy like we do!" This tour operator strives to show Italy at its best. With innovative tours that are both informative and entertaining, they have captured the hearts of many tourists. With small groups of up to six to eighteen people, you’ll never feel like part of a herd, ensuring a pleasant experience every time.

Internship:

You will assist the tour operators with the daily activities related to the tours in Florence. This includes reserving museum tickets, ensuring that headsets are returned, and delivering brochures to various hotels. You’ll also be the go-to person for tourists’ questions. Additionally, you’ll manage social media and help boost marketing by spreading the word about the company and their amazing tours!

You’re an adventurer, eager to take on this challenge! With a natural gift for conversation, you know how to inform and entertain everyone you meet. Of course, you're fluent in English and enjoy communicating with tourists and helping them. You also have a few ideas on how to get the word out about the company.
