Mission/Vision of the Company

The company was founded in 2015 in Frankfurt with the aim of making mattress shopping as fun and easy as possible. In Germany, they have quickly become one of the leading e-commerce startups and are now active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the UK, Poland, Italy, and Spain. In addition to mattresses, they also sell other products for the best night's sleep, such as pillows, box-spring beds, and baby mattresses.

Internship

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects, and you will be given a lot of responsibility. You will be part of a young and dynamic team in one of the fastest-growing startups in Germany.

Student Profile

We are looking for a student who is currently studying business administration / international business management or a related field with good results. You already have some practical experience in this area and are passionate about sales & marketing. You are fluent in Dutch and English or German and have strong intercultural and communication skills. Furthermore, you have a proven affinity for startups and are fascinated by rapidly growing business models. You are good at analyzing and solving problems and can learn quickly.

Daily Tasks

  • You will be responsible for your own projects in marketing and sales, as well as expanding business operations in the Netherlands.
  • In collaboration with the co-founders, you will develop ideas and independently launch projects.
  • You will optimize the website and ensure a seamless customer experience.
