What did you think of the city?
Truly an amazing city! I can’t imagine a better place to live. It’s incredibly beautiful, with friendly people and great weather. There’s always plenty to do or see, no matter what your interests are. I hope to visit all the nice cafés and restaurants while I’m here, but I already know that I won’t be able to do them all. I’ve really enjoyed the culture as well—everything here is laid-back and relaxed.

What did you think of the internship?
I’ve been incredibly lucky with my internship. Veronica is a very sweet, fun, and spontaneous woman. I’ve learned so much from her, and she has invested a lot of time in me.

What was the most special thing you experienced?
That’s a tough question because there were many special moments. But I think the photo shoots and weddings I worked on during my internship stand out the most. Also, the trips I took with friends to places like Sitges, a beach town just outside Barcelona. It was incredibly educational, and I experienced some wonderful moments.

Do you have any tips for students?
Try to go with the flow of the city as much as possible — you’ll get used to it quickly. Get out and explore, because the city has so much beauty to offer. Make sure to venture beyond the tourist spots, as that’s where you’ll find the best cafés and restaurants. Enjoy!
