Internship:

Food & Beverage Management:
When you work in food and beverage at this hostel, you will be responsible for various tasks! You’ll handle inventory to determine how much food and drink needs to be purchased, calculate operational costs and margins, create new menus, and serve guests at the bar or café. You’ll ensure food hygiene standards are met and assist with food preparation.

Hotel Reception:

As a receptionist, you’ll handle all incoming bookings! Your daily tasks include checking guests in and out, processing payments, and answering phone calls and emails. Additionally, you’ll inform guests about local tourist information and be the go-to person for any questions.

Accountant:

You will assist the accountant with calculating the daily closing balance. You’ll gather statistical data using computer-generated reports. You will calculate various costs, from small expenses like taxi fares and laundry charges to supplier and guest expenses. Additionally, you’ll assist with inventory management in the café.

You are someone who works hard but also knows how to communicate well with guests and make them feel at ease. You are available for everyone and eager to contribute to providing excellent service. You are enthusiastic and motivated to learn new things and to be a part of this fun team in a beautiful location!
