Mission/Vision of the Company

Intern at a hotel that is part of a small but beautiful hotel chain in Copenhagen. The hotels were included in Wallpaper's shortlist of the best urban hotels of 2017. The goal of the chain is to create hotels that stand out from the rest. They also aim to reinvent the hotel experience by offering service with great care and attention.

Internship

You will be the intern at the front desk! However, the tasks are not like those at any other hotel. You will also be working with other teams. First, you will assist guests at the front desk by welcoming them, checking them in and out, and bidding them a friendly farewell when they depart. You will, of course, do this in a friendly manner with a smile. Additionally, you will help as a bartender, serving drinks to guests, and as a concierge/security person, ensuring the safety of the hotel. Overall, this is the perfect experience for the student who wants to experience the inner workings of a hotel!

Profile of the Student

The hotel is looking for students who are positive, curious, and passionate about learning more about front desk work and hospitality. You should have an enthusiastic personality that shows to the guests, as delivering service with a smile is one of the most important aspects of this hotel.
