What will you do?

• Assist in organizing and preparing social activities and excursions
• Communicate with international students about events and schedules
• Support and guide excursions and group activities
• Lead or assist with weekly orientation walks for new students
• Provide information about local areas and services
• Manage attendance lists and bookings
• Provide general administrative support within the department

A key part of this role is supporting or leading the weekly orientation excursion, helping new students settle in while developing your presentation and communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum English level B2 (Upper Intermediate)
• Willing to complete an online English placement test before acceptance
• Available for an on-site internship in Malta

• You are responsible for arranging your own accommodation
