Internship

During this internship, you will be part of the finance and management team at the office in Singapore but will also work with colleagues worldwide. You will report directly to senior management about your tasks and responsibilities.

Daily Tasks

• Sales analysis and forecasting
• On- and offline paperwork
• Researching and analyzing trade receivables and risk management
• Ensuring product insurance
• Providing direct support to the CEO and COO and performing tasks assigned by them
• Keeping an overview of administrative work related to logistics, communication with suppliers, import and export activities, and company events
• Assisting with special projects and taking responsibility to develop, administer, and promote them
• Conducting research and ensuring deadlines and targets are met
• Managing documentation and keeping an overview

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Knowledgeable about business processes
• Experience in business presentations
