Who wouldn’t want to sleep in a villa in the hills of Ibiza, overlooking an infinity pool? Exactly. The clientele of this company is high-end and international, with high expectations being the norm.

Internship:

During your internship, you will assist with the daily operations of this luxury business. Professionalism and integrity are key values. There are internships available as a Reservation Manager and Property Manager: in both roles, you’ll be involved with the guests' stay and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll stay updated on what’s happening on the island and provide information about fun excursions. Organizing, providing service, and good communication are the key words!

Profile:

You are very strong socially (people skills!), love to travel, and are internationally oriented. You’re also excellent at organizing and planning! You want to provide guests with the stay of their dreams and work professionally. Friendly and patient, you’ll assist even the most stressed guests. Additionally, as a Property Manager, you have a driving license so you can visit the most beautiful homes all over the island.

Daily tasks:

Reservation Manager:

• Assist high-end clients with their bookings and stay, staying informed about events on Ibiza
• Follow-up calls and emails
• Develop new networks
• Weekly reporting to your manager
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Provide excellent service and conduct quality control

Property Manager:

• Schedule weekly visits to the villas
• Upload villas into the database and translate descriptions into other languages
• Create floor plans using specialized software
• Scout new properties and ensure they meet the requirements
• Follow-up calls and emails
• Check-in and check-out of guests
