Mission/Vision of the Company

Ever heard of a DMC? If you're not familiar with it yet, a Destination Management Company is a business that organizes trips from start to finish for groups or individuals. Everything is arranged for you when you book your vacation with a DMC. Hotels, flight tickets, activities: a good DMC ensures that everything is tailor-made to meet each customer's unique needs. This company has been doing this since 1999, organizing trips through Singapore, China, Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and of course, their own incredibly beautiful Vietnam.

Internship

Whether you're pursuing Marketing, Graphic Design, or Travel Consultancy, you'll learn a tremendous amount about tourism, the different markets, and much more about Asia.

Daily Tasks

This company offers three different internships:

Marketing Executive

  • Website support with content, updates, and management
  • Manage social media pages and create content
  • Write newsletters
  • Organize photo database and add tags
  • Telemarketing for Europe (Sales)

Sales

  • Make sales calls and support sales activities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Graphic Design

  • Assist with design for marketing materials, signage, publications, brochures, advertisements, and more
  • Maintain the company’s identity
  • Prepare documents
  • Provide design support for special events, exhibitions, and decorations
  • Stay up-to-date with the travel industry
  • Work with Graphic Design software (experience required)

Travel Consultancy

  • Ensure smooth processes (Sales & Customer Service) within the company
  • Call travel agents to go over itineraries and products in detail
  • Support Core Agents in Southeast Asia
  • Support the ESM (English Speaking Market) Sales team

You Are

  • Skilled with computers (e.g., MS Office)
  • Independent worker
  • Crazy about travel, and maybe even someone with travel experience in Asia!

Languages

English. Other languages like French and Spanish are a plus.
