Internship

During this internship, you will work in Shanghai as a full member of the procurement analysts team. You will be seen as an important part of the team and will have direct contact with the manager. You will learn about all of the company's methods by working on all aspects of the procurement cycle. From supplier identification to performing quality control, you'll experience it all!

Daily Tasks

• Building a longlist of suppliers
• Screening and selecting potential suppliers
• Assisting in building and maintaining RFPs (Request for Proposals)
• Analyzing supplier responses
• Helping develop negotiation strategies
• Supporting supplier/quality audits
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers
• Contributing to making recommendations and selecting suppliers

You Are/Have

• A strong work ethic, always willing to go the extra mile
• Strong verbal and written skills in English
• Good computer skills; proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Available for at least 6 months
