Internship:

This company is growing very quickly, so they are looking for a student who wants to expand their knowledge in the CRM team and help improve teamwork and performance. Strategy is second nature to you, you are willing to take on responsibility, and you are the type of student who likes to think in solutions.

Profile:

A colorful person who is willing to take on responsibility. Someone who analyzes first and then comes up with good ideas that can be implemented. You enjoy management and want to learn more about it.

Daily tasks:

  • Responsible for your own projects that you conceive and set up
  • Process optimization and improving quality and efficiency
  • Maintaining close contact with various departments
  • Leading (with guidance) a team of over 20 people
  • Supporting planning and team coaching

You are:

  • In the final stage of your master's degree or recently graduated
  • Looking for a big challenge
  • Not afraid to lead and take responsibility
  • Not easily overwhelmed by a high workload
  • Tech-savvy, skilled in Excel, and ideally have IT knowledge
  • Not someone who has dinner on the table at 6 pm but is willing to work on your internship even in the evenings
  • Living in Amsterdam
  • Open to a permanent position after the internship with good performance
