Internships:

Social Media/Digital Media Internship

• Independent research: become familiar with and analyze various social media platforms, and write a report and/or give a presentation on the findings.
• Set personal goals with your mentor for the duration of the internship and come up with a plan to reach those goals for each platform.
• Independent research and analysis of the overall online presence (how often we are mentioned, local websites, listings, etc.), followed by a report.
• Set clear goals with your mentor to optimize the online presence so only the correct and desired information appears in the main search terms.
• Weekly content creation for social media platforms, including finding suitable images, writing text, and collaborating with influencers and bloggers.
• Combine and present social media analyses and weekly updates on results to your mentor, highlighting key results and improvements.

Restaurant/Operations Internship

• Monitor our customer service
• Assist with daily restaurant tasks
• Handle complaints
• Ensure customer friendliness
• Prepare budgets
• Open/close the restaurant
• Manage and expand the ‘floor plan’
• Manage reservations
• Administrative tasks
• Help create schedules

Event Management Internship

• Organize private and public events

Front Desk/Hostess Internship

During the Front Desk/Hostess internship, you are the first face clients see when they arrive at Nikki Beach. It is important to give guests a warm and friendly welcome.

A professional and polished appearance is a must. You should also have excellent communication skills! You will provide VIP guests with information and guide them throughout the evening. Multitasking and handling stressful situations are very important during this internship.
