Founded not long ago by two hospitality pros — a chef who trained under world-class chefs in Mexico, Australia, and the Netherlands, and a sommelier of equal caliber — this restaurant is one of the best places to spend your internship. The owners’ knowledge and experience combined with this crème de la crème location make for the perfect internship.
Internship
Like every hospitality internship, this one revolves around people. Making sure you give guests a stay worth returning for. It starts hours before guests arrive, setting tables and paying attention to personal details whenever possible. Welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, ensuring all guests have a great time. Afterwards, you will also be responsible for clearing tables and closing down the bar.
Student Profile
We are looking for an adventurous and spontaneous student. You are a hard worker and understand what hospitality means. Ideally, you have previous experience in a restaurant, are eager to learn, and always want to give guests the best of the best.
