You will handle daily phone calls and ensure all questions are answered clearly and professionally. You will also be responsible for managing bookings made via email. You will take care of daily check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that all rooms are clean and tidy before the next guests arrive. You will also be in charge of handling payments. This internship gives you real-life insight into a successful front office position!
