Your tasks will include:

• Communicating with international guests
• Handling check-in and check-out procedures
• Reviewing and managing reservations in the Opera system
• Creating and confirming bookings
• Managing reservations with companies and travel agencies
• Organizing and processing payments
• Handling phone calls and emails
• Supporting and observing hotel event organization

In the final weeks of your internship, you will have the opportunity to work more independently as a receptionist. You will always have support, but the goal is to build confidence and independence in a real hotel environment.
