Your role

As a finance intern, you support the finance team with the tasks that keep the hotel running smoothly. You'll help with invoicing and managing accounts payable and receivable, process payments, and assist with budget tracking and financial reporting. You'll also look at how different hotel departments perform, help prepare financial overviews, and support payroll and cost control. Some days you'll be deep in spreadsheets, other days you'll be helping finance, HR, and operations stay aligned on the numbers.

What you need

• Interest in finance, accounting, or business administration
• An analytical mindset and an eye for detail
• Reliability and a careful approach to handling financial data
• Curiosity about how finance works within hospitality
• Fluent English and Spanish at an intermediate level or higher
• Availability for a full-time internship (40 hours per week), minimum 16 weeks
• A background or ongoing studies in finance, accounting, business, or economics
• Solid Excel skills are a plus
