In this role, it’s all about experience and persuasion. You will help create inspiring proposals that convince companies to choose Italy as their next incentive destination.

What will you do?

• Develop creative proposals and presentations for incentive travel programs
• Design visually appealing concepts using Canva and Office tools
• Research unique venues, hidden gems, and original experiences across Italy
• Contribute to out-of-the-box travel programs that stand out
• Support the creation of full incentive trip concepts for clients

You will work in an international environment where creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail are key.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)
• Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or other design tools
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours per week)
• Minimum duration of 20 weeks
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute ideas
