Are you persuasive, able to overcome doubts, and good with people? This company is looking for you: an enthusiastic Telesales Representative who will help generate sales leads for the Recruitment Consultant team. You will be responsible for booking phone appointments with HR staff from potential clients and maintaining strong customer relationships.

As a Telesales Representative, you are an excellent communicator and capable of conveying the company's services smoothly over the phone. Your goal is to help the company grow by generating sales leads and meetings for the consultant team.

Student Profile

You have a good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and phone systems. You are able to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.

Daily Tasks

• Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about the company's services
• Answer questions about the company’s services and the consultant team
• Ask questions to understand the client’s potential recruitment needs and requirements
• Set up meetings for the consultant team
• Enter and update client information in the company’s CRM system
• Keep records of calls and sales

You are/Have

• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to handle rejection
• Good negotiation skills, able to solve problems and handle complaints
