Mission/Vision of the Company
With offices in Norway, Sweden, and Finland, this tour operator is one of the largest in the Nordic region. The company creates and sells innovative tours throughout Scandinavia and other European destinations – from city trips to Europe’s capitals and cruises through the Norwegian fjords, to expeditions to Iceland’s Northern Lights – you name it, everything is possible! The team is made up of employees from 15 different countries, all eager to share their passion for travel and their homelands with you!
Internship
You have a passion for travel and discovering new cultures and countries. You also enjoy organizing trips and have a background in tourism and/or event management. This internship offers the perfect combination. Based in vibrant Stockholm, you’ll support the company with planning, organizing, and executing a variety of tours.
You’ll be responsible for bookings and price quotations and will be in close contact with clients and partners. You’ll also help maintain the internal database and get to use your creativity to develop new excursions (how exciting!). You’ll also have the chance to attend site inspections and work on your own projects.
Student Profile
This company is looking for a student with a background in tourism or event management. Someone who is open-minded, outgoing, and not afraid to work with people from various countries and cultures. Are you creative and able to think outside the box? Are you confident sharing your (adventurous) ideas? Then you’re the one they’re looking for!

Daily Tasks
- Responsible for handling bookings (and cancellations) from A to Z
- Creating new price quotations
- Communicating with suppliers and clients – via email and phone
- Keeping the internal database up to date
- Researching and developing potential new tours
