Daily Tasks

• Assist the Operations Department with daily tasks for drivers and guides; support customer service; prepare welcome packages for clients; attend to customer phone calls.
• Support the Reservations Department with daily bookings, coordinating all arrangements (accommodation, transfers, excursions, package tours); booking reservations with suppliers; monitoring payments to suppliers; coordinating with the Operations Department.
• Assist the Sales & Marketing Department with preparing the tour program; preparing quotes and cost calculations; supporting the sales team; researching new/potential products; creating statistical reports and supporting other ongoing marketing efforts.
• Data maintenance: uploading product setups into the system; executing product updates; keeping track of hotel sales prices.
• Other ad-hoc projects.

You Are/Have

• A good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of tourism/hospitality or business.
• Willing to learn while contributing to daily activities.
• Able to adapt to local culture and customs.
• The right attitude – works well in a team, open to giving and receiving feedback, enthusiastic, independent.
• Motivated and shows initiative.
