Mission/Vision of the Company:

This hotel is located in the exclusive and oldest part of Barcelona, “El Born.” La Ramblas, the “Santa Maria del Mar” Cathedral, and the beach are just a stone's throw away, making this an ideal location for tourists who want to be in the vibrant heart of Barcelona. Despite being in the city center, the hotel is also perfect for business visits due to the tranquility it offers. It’s the perfect location for any type of guest!

Internship:

As an F&B intern, one day you'll be serving delicious Spanish dishes in the hotel’s restaurant, and the next you'll be mixing refreshing cocktails at the rooftop bar with a stunning view of all of Barcelona. This hotel provides you with a unique opportunity to learn everything operational about hospitality, and by the end of your internship, you'll know exactly how an F&B department operates! During your internship, the hotel will host multiple (business) events, and together with the F&B team, you will be responsible for the banqueting during these events. Additionally, you'll assist the F&B manager with his tasks and collaborate closely with the kitchen team.

Due to the diverse clientele staying at the hotel, you'll not only learn a lot about hospitality but also how to work with different types of guests. It’s a super fun internship where you'll have a lot of responsibility and learn a lot in a short amount of time!

Profile of the Student:

For this hotel, we’re looking for a student eager to learn more about hospitality and who is ready to roll up their sleeves.
While previous experience in hospitality is not required, it is a plus.
