Internship
This booking agency in the trendy Berlin-Kreuzberg area books some of the best European and British artists. They manage live performances for their clients by working with local and national promoters across all European countries and advising on the best tour and career opportunities. In addition to their role as a booking agency, they are also involved in creative projects such as programming events for the infamous Berghain Club and much more. This internship is available for three months, and you'll work three days a week—giving you plenty of time to explore Berlin and its surroundings, as well as attend some of the agency's events!
Student Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic student with good communication skills. Someone who is not shy to connect with a diverse group of people (colleagues, publicists, managers, labels, etc.). You are easy-going and especially stress-resistant.

Daily Tasks
- Assist the booking agents with organizational tasks
- Maintain contact with publicists, managers, labels, and other professionals
- Monitor marketing and promotion activities for upcoming tour dates
- Maintain the database and conduct research
- Support artists and their teams with logistics and other organizational matters during tours
- Social media activities (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Keep the website up-to-date with new content
- Assist at various Berlin events
- Manage ticket sales for upcoming shows
- General office support
You Are/Have
- Enthusiasm for music, good knowledge of the international music landscape, and ideally experience in the field (e.g., concert promotion, touring, record labels, management)
- Experience in business administration
- Project management experience
- Practical knowledge of (MAC OS-) software, Office, Excel, graphic software, email software; familiarity with CMS like WordPress is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
