This world-class resort is located on four hectares of tropical gardens along a 200-meter stretch of golden beaches and coral-blue waters on the southeast side of Bali, far away from the busy areas of the island. Internship

You will work in the Food & Beverage department of the resort, with extensive internal training and growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the F&B manager and act as the main contact point for guests. Your responsibilities will cover the restaurant, kitchen, room service, and other related food and beverage services. You will also assist in managing the F&B staff and monitor compliance with HACCP regulations.

Profile

For this resort, we are looking for an intern who breathes hospitality, has skills in Food & Beverage, and possesses a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for every guest. You have leadership qualities, experience in F&B, and an insatiable curiosity for the hospitality industry. You are nearly graduated or already hold a diploma from a hotel management school and are fluent in English (spoken and written). Speaking other specific languages such as Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Russian, German, or Arabic is a definite plus. The internship period can be between 10 and 12 months.

Daily Tasks

  • Lending a helping hand in the restaurant or behind the bar as needed
  • Delivering hospitality according to the hotel’s standards
  • Preparing reports, for example, for minibars
  • Assisting in motivating and coaching F&B staff
  • Helping shape and optimize inventory management and delivery processes
  • Contributing to the preparation of the annual report

Student Has/Is

  • In the final phase of hotel management studies or already graduated
  • Passionate about hospitality and the hospitality industry
  • Experienced in the F&B department
  • Independent
  • Possesses leadership qualities
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Has a valid Indonesian residence permit
