Internship

The internship will be a combination of two departments within the company. You will work as an intern in the technical department as well as the accounting team. You will handle a wide variety of tasks such as issuing and sending credit notes, creating invoices, dealing with customer inquiries, and administrative tasks. Additionally, you will perform daily tasks in the digital department, such as archiving records and managing unforeseen circumstances.

Student Profile

You have a broad interest and are naturally curious. You have a strong sense of responsibility and work in an organized manner. You can easily adapt to new tasks and different work environments and respond well to unforeseen situations. You also have a good level of English.

Daily Tasks

Accounting Department

• Creating and sending credit notes and invoices
• Handling customer inquiries and light administrative tasks
• Supporting daily tasks as needed

Technical Department

• Assisting with the transition from the old to the new system

• Checking that the company complies with all regulations and procedures
• Assisting with the customer satisfaction project and improving where necessary
