Internship
Your tasks during the internship will be diverse. You will assist the commercial team in both Marketing and Real Estate. This includes Resort Marketing activities and marketing efforts for individual outlets (golf, beach, accommodations, services).

Daily Tasks

• Internal and external brand monitoring
• Enforcing procedures and protocols
• Physical marketing development, execution, and monitoring (internally and externally)
• Digital marketing development, execution, and monitoring (websites, social media, analytics, Adwords, Google)
• PR development, support, and monitoring
• Basic DTP creation in Photoshop and InDesign
• Monitoring online reviews
• Managing marketing materials inventory
• Coordinating photo and video productions
• Conducting competitor and owner research
• Developing Real Estate marketing and sales activities
• Managing Real Estate back office tasks
• Organizing Real Estate buyer days and open house events
