Spain is a popular destination for internships, known for its relaxed lifestyle, diverse culture, and booming sectors like tourism, business, education, and tech. The cost of living can vary depending on the city — Madrid and Barcelona are more expensive, while cities like Valencia, Seville, or Granada are more affordable.

Rent prices depend on the city and the type of accommodation (shared flat, student residence, or studio). Barcelona and Madrid are at the higher end; smaller cities offer more budget-friendly options. - 🍽️ Living expenses (groceries, dining out): €200 – €400
Groceries are affordable, and eating out is common and reasonably priced — especially lunch menus (“menú del día”), which offer great value. - 🚇 Transportation (metro, bus, etc.): €30 – €60
