Internship; 

Food & Beverage management:

When you are going to work at the Food and Beverage department in this hostel, you will be responsible for several things! You will make a complete list of merchandise in terms of liquor and food. You will calculate operating costs, marges and profits. You will be creating new menus and serving at the bar and in the café. You will check up the hygiene of the food and assist preparing the meals.

Hotel reception:

As receptionist you will take care of all the bookings that are coming in. The daily tasks, as in- and out checking the guests, taking care of the payments, answering the daily phone calls and e-mails are also your job. Besides that, you will inform the guests with local tourist information and answer all kind of questions the guests have.

Accountant:

You will assist the book-keeper with the cash ups. You will compile statistical data using computer generated reports. You will calculate different kind of commissions from petty cash expenses like taxi fares and laundry totals, to bigger expenses like supplies and customer accounts. Besides that, you will assist controlling the stock in the café.

Profile student;

You are someone who works hard, but at the same time knows how to communicate with the guests and make them feel at ease. You are someone who like having a small talk with the guests and you would love to contribute to the good service this hostel provides. You are enthusiastic and motivated to learn new things and work together with this amazing friendly team!
